Our Basic Life Support (BLS) course is a short, 1/2 day course designed to introduce the attendee to basic life saving skills. It is designed for non-first aiders in the home and workplace and covers; :

• CPR
• Use of an AED
• Choking
• Recovery Position

We issue certificate of attendance is issued to each delegate on completion of this course. *Please note that this is not a stand-alone regulated first aid course*
