SIXCASE AED OUTDOOR Wall Cabinet (SC1340)
This is our top of the range EXTREME IMPACT POLYCARBONATE cabinet and is equipped with a 24-volt heating element allowing it to be positioned at environmental conditions down to -15 C. It has active ventilation and a polycarbonate impact-proof window. In an emergency, the cabinet is opened by entering the pre-programmed code into the electronic pin code lock keypad on the top of the unit, whereby the AED instantly lowers ready for use on the lower section of the cabinet.
ALARM
In addition, it has a 95dB intermittent alarm to alert operators that the unit has been opened.
LIGHT
There are powerful LED’s located inside the cabinet which illuminates the interior and your AED
HEATER
The “SIXCASE” cabinet has a temperature sensor designed to protect your AED from extremely low temperatures (below 0°C). In the event that the temperature drops below 0°C, the heater will activate.
ACTIVE VENTILATION
In the event that the temperature becomes too hot in the summer, this extremely flexible cabinet also features a fan to keep your essential life-saving equipment cool when the temperature exceeds 30°C. Around this temperature, the fan will activate to release heat from the upper part and suck cooler air from the bottom of the cabinet. We do, however, recommend that the cabinet is located in the shadow to prevent high temperatures (above 50°C)
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
This is an extremely well-made cabinet which is connected to a 240 volt supply by the supplied cabling, making it ready for use once a suitable position is found Unlike some heated cabinets, this unit comes with a 13 amp plug, step down transformer, and everything you need to get your lifesaving equipment ready for use as soon as you have located a home for it. We even supply all necessary installation fixings.
This is also one of our largest AED cabinets, with internal dimensions of 34cm (H) x 31.5cm (W) x 14.5cm (D), and can, therefore, accommodate some of the largest public access defibrillators (PAD) on the market today.
Options
This high-quality cabinet is also available with the option of a LARGE RED BUTTON (SC1330), making it easier to access this essential life-saving equipment, making it one of the most accessible, high-quality cabinets in our range.
Please note that this unit requires a 240v electrical feed. however, unlike our other electrical cabinets which require the services of an electrician, this unit comes with everything required to prepare it for use as quickly as possible, including a standard 13 amp plug, step down transformer and all necessary fitting instructions and materials for attaching to external walls (including stone or wood).
It is advised that the cabinet is connected to an electrical supply with an earth leakage circuit breaker conforming to local regulations and guidelines at the location where it is to be sited. AED-DEFIB-SHOP does not accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation.
