SIXCASE AED OUTDOOR Wall Cabinet
This EXTREME IMPACT POLYCARBONATE cabinet is equipped with a 24 volt heating element, active ventilation and a polycarbonate impact-proof window. In an emergency the cabinet is opened by pushing the large red button on the front of the unit, whereby the AED instantly lowers ready for use on the lower section of the cabinet.
This is one of our largest AED cabinets, with spacious internal dimensions of 34cm (H) x 31.5cm (W) x 14.5cm (D), and can therefore accommodate some of the biggest public access defibrillators (PAD) on the market today.
ALARM
In addition, it has a 95dB intermittent alarm to alert operators tat the unit has been opened.
LIGHT
There are powerful LED’s located inside the cabinet which illuminate the interior
HEATER
The “SIXCASE” 1330 cabinet has a temperature sensor designed to protect your AED from extremely low temperature (below 0°C. In the event that the temperature drops below 0°C the heater will activate.
ACTIVE VENTILATION
In the event that the temperature becomes too hot in the summer, this extremely flexible cabinet also features a fan to keep your essential life saving equipment cool when the temperature exceeds 30°C. Around this temperature, the fan will activate to release heat from the upper part and suck cooler air from the bottom of the cabinet. We do however, recommend that the cabinet is located in the shadow to prevent high temperatures (above 50°C)
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
This is an extremely well made cabinet which is connected to a 240 volt supply by the supplied cabling, making it ready for use once a suitable position is found Unlike some heated cabinets, this unit comes with a 13 amp plug, step down transformer, and everything you need to get your lifesaving equipment ready for use as soon as you have located a home for it. We even supply all necessary installation fixings.
Please note that this unit is not intended to be either lockable or vandal proof.
Options
This high quality cabinet is also available with the option of an electronic pin code lock (SC1340), programmeable by the user, making it one of our more adaptable, high quality cabinets in our range.
It is advised that the cabinet is connected to an electrical supply with an earth leakage circuit breaker conforming to local regulations and guidelines at location. AED-DEFIB-SHOP do not accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation.
